KASHBO Token Sale — Terms (Draft)
DRAFT — July 2026. These terms are a working draft pending review by legal counsel and are aligned with the KASHBO Whitepaper (Draft v1.0). They may change before or during the sale. No offer is made in any jurisdiction in which such an offer would be unlawful.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By reserving or purchasing KASHBO tokens you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms of Token Sale ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not participate. These Terms are an agreement between you and Kashbo LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 19221, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("Company"). We may update these Terms; the current version is published on this page with its revision date.
2. The Token
KASHBO is a utility token on the Solana blockchain (SPL standard). Total supply is fixed at 100,000,000 KASHBO and will never be increased. The sale is capped at a hard cap of $8,000,000 USD. Allocation: 77% public sale · 12% staking pool · 10% team (vested) · 1% liquidity reserve. Base price $0.10695; a time-limited early-adopter price of $0.09091 (−15%) applies during Stage 1 as published in the token portal.
3. What KASHBO Does — and Does Not — Confer
KASHBO grants utility on the Kashbo platform: subscription benefits and tiered discounts, access to premium features, early-adopter benefits, and — after the token generation event ("TGE") — the option to stake KASHBO as an alternative to a paid subscription.
A revenue-linked holder benefit is planned but subject to legal structuring (EU crypto regulation, MiCA). It is deliberately not part of the rights conferred by KASHBO under these Terms: no entitlement exists today, no projections are made, and the feature may launch in modified form or not at all. Deflationary mechanics (a burn share on token payments, periodic buybacks) are part of the economic design under legal review and are equally not guaranteed.
KASHBO does not confer: any share in capital, profits or liquidation proceeds of Kashbo LLC; any dividend, interest or repayment claim; any governance or voting rights; any claim to a future value or price development. KASHBO is not marketed as an investment.
4. Reservation, Purchase and Delivery
Purchases are recorded as reservations until tokens are delivered. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (e.g. USDC, USDT, SOL, SEPA bank transfer, card). The order amount is denominated in USD; the token amount results from the applicable stage price. Delivery of KASHBO to your Solana wallet takes place at or after the TGE, as announced in the token portal. The Company gives no commitment to list KASHBO on any exchange or trading venue and no assurance regarding dates, liquidity or tradability.
5. Eligibility, KYC and Restricted Jurisdictions
You must be at least 18 years old and complete identity verification (KYC) where required. Participation is not permitted for persons resident or located in, or acting for the benefit of persons in, restricted jurisdictions — including the United States of America — as listed in the checkout. You confirm this as part of each order (eligibility attestation); technical access controls (geoblocking) apply in addition.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Retail Purchasers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the order without giving reasons and without fees, provided the tokens have not yet been delivered to you and have not been admitted to trading. Withdrawal requests go to the support address below; payments received will be refunded on the original payment route. Once tokens are delivered or trading has begun, the statutory withdrawal right lapses.
7. Risks
Crypto-assets involve substantial risks: total loss of the amount paid, price volatility, regulatory change, technical and smart-contract risks, and the possibility that planned features (including the revenue-linked utility and deflationary mechanics) do not launch. Read the Risk Disclaimer and the Whitepaper (Draft) before participating. Spend only what you can afford to lose.
8. Compliance, Liability, Law
You are responsible for the tax treatment of your purchase in your jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the sale; nothing herein limits liability for intent or gross negligence or excludes mandatory consumer rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
